About Us.

Independent makers manufacturing unique, high quality goods you can use for life.

Who We Are.

CMSK Collaborative exists to create functional, beautifully designed objects for real-world use and the simple pleasure that comes from looking at, holding, and using quality objects. All of our products are designed and manufactured in Bethlehem, PA by us – Connor Moriarty and Sean Kernan.

Thank you for following our creative journey.

Connor and Sean

Connor Moriarty Co-Founder/Owner -

Connor is a husband, a father, a friend, an outdoors enthusiast, a runner, an entrepreneur, a maker of both objects and (not) particularly funny jokes. He is a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in trauma and recovery and owns a psychotherapy practice, called Reset Outdoors, that strives to help individuals, teams and organizations live and function more sustainably.

Connor has been a life-long maker with a special passion for metal, which has led to some formal training in gold and silversmithing. He is fascinated and inspired by the simple aesthetic beauty of functional objects and tools.

Connor loves spending time outdoors, deep in the woods or on local waterways, both alone and with other people.

In his spare time, Connor fantasizes about both sleeping more and having more spare time.

Sean Kernan Co-Founder/Owner -

Sean went to school for Chemical Engineering, but found a passion for machining and manufacturing while working for a heavy equipment manufacturer in the oil and gas industry. He is fascinated by the processes used to make all things. His other entrepreneurial outlet is his independent engineering consulting business called Tangency Designs, where he works with small manufacturers to integrate 3D Modeling/CAD when they need it. Some interesting projects have included designing and fabricating automation equipment for a medical device company, designing shoe insert models to be 3D printed for an orthotics manufacturer, and developing a functional prototype for an inventor designing EV car steering system.

When not out in his shop, Sean loves to play music with friends, ride his Onewheel around town, volunteer at a local not-for-profit music venue, and/or grab a few tasty pints at his local watering hole.
